How do I place an order?

How much will shipping cost?

Freight cost depends on several factors. Delivery address, item weight and size, number of packages all have a part to play. If you wish to view our latest freight cost information, click here.

Did my order ship? What is the ETA?

If your order consisted of in-stock items only, we will dispatch it ASAP. Should one or more items be missing, you will be notified and given our best delivery time estimate. Whether we hold the order until entirely filled or send a partial delivery is your decision to make. 

If you provided an email address at time of ordering, you will receive an email with tracking details automatically. When you have placed an order in our webshop you can check the status    here. You need to login to see this page. 

Missing tracking info?    Contact us and we will be happy to retrieve it for you.  

The item listed on the invoice is named or described differently from what I ordered. Is that right?

Sometimes items are discontinued or superseeded. In these cases we won't always notify these changes, but go ahead and ship the order. We will of course only provide parts which functions exactly like the item order. Read more about this on our terms and conditions page.  

How do I pay?

As a private customer buying from us in Norway from abroad please send your credit card information to us, if you order from Norway we grant 10 days net invoice. As a registered company you will be granted 15 days net when ordering from Norway, otherwise please provide us with credit ard information or pay upfront on our account.

I submitted an order in the webshop but never got a confirmation email.

All webshop orders will be confirmed with an automated email acknowledgement. If you didn't receive this email you provided an incorrect address, or had your order interrupted by an online timeout.    Contact us and we'll be happy to assist you! 

I have a product claim / core to return, what do I do?

I cannot order because my browser blocks cookies. How do I change that?

If you want to place an order in our webshop your browser have to accept cookies. If you want to allow cookies, here's how you do:
